Operations Coordinator

Krisztina brings more than 13 years of entrepreneurial and operational experience across high-ticket sales, business ownership, and organizational management. As Operations Coordinator at KCS Capital, she is responsible for maintaining structure, execution flow, and day-to-day coordination across leadership initiatives.
 

Her entrepreneurial journey began at 17, when she launched a workout apparel business in Hungary. By age 20, after relocating to Canada, she built and operated a coffee shop from the ground up  demonstrating resilience, financial discipline, and hands-on business leadership. Later, while raising two young children, she built and scaled a successful high-ticket network marketing organization, reflecting her ability to balance sustained growth with operational consistency.
 

With a background in bookkeeping and accounting, Krisztina brings strong financial literacy and a precision-oriented mindset to her role. She understands the importance of documentation, accountability, and organized execution within growing organizations.
 

Having grown up in Europe and built her adult life in Canada, she offers a global perspective and cultural adaptability that supports collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders. She operates with discretion, structure, and proactive problem-solving creating clarity behind the scenes so leadership can focus on strategy and long-term growth.
